Hi, According to your description, the Windows desktop Windows 7 machine has trouble to access other PC on homegroup. I suggest to perform these tests to troubleshoot the issue: 1 On Windows 7 desktop, use \\IPaddress to access both Win 7 laptop and Win XP desktop to check if it can access those PC 2 Temporary disable firewall and antivirus program on Windows 7 desktop 3. Reset WinSock on Windows 7 desktop 4 Enable NetBIOS on TCP/IP Hope that helps. Regards, Leo HuangLeo Huang TechNet Community Support
